Here is an opportunity to use that 2 1/2" strip roll you have been saving for that special project. The pillows, coasters and trivet are made similarly to the Jelly Roll Rug2 pattern, except you will be able to make 2 pillows (sizes 16", 18" or 20") plus a trivet or set of coasters, too. Add a coordinating backing fabric to the pillows and you have new decor for the house.

Besides the strip roll, you will need batting and plenty of thread! Have fun!!
